This study aimed to describe the Politeness Strategies used in Mata Najwa Talk Show. applied a qualitative research design explore politeness strategies by participants Show their interactions. The this were Shihab as host, Erick Thohir and Nadiem Makarim guests. data form of utterances that contain strategies.
 result showed host not only use Positive Strategy reveal guests’ issue but also Negative strategy reduce interference with freedom action. guests tend because they tried convince society about new policies state share same specific wants, goals, or values, namely better condition for country. From analysis, researcher found out (76,32%), (18,42%) off Record (5,27%) there is no Bald analysis.
